Lance Armstrong has decided not to fight doping charges against him brought by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, which now plans to strip Armstrong of his seven Tour de France championship titles.

Armstrong could also face a lifetime ban from the agency, USADA’s chief executive says.

For years, America’s best-known cyclist has denied allegations of doping, but he recently announced he will stop fighting the charges and accept the USADA’s punishment.
