Manufactured tripe

Boulder Weekly’s Matt Cortina focused his recent article, “Manufactured Fight,” on Harvey Miller’s letter of false claims and innuendo, instead of the pending mobile park ordinance before City Council. It would seem that Miller’s strategy of bamboozling Boulder extends to the media as well.

What Cortina failed to recognize is Miller’s claims against Vista Village Park residents are just that — unsubstantiated, secondhand claims meant to obfuscate the real issue of park owners skirting the letter and intent of the Colorado Mobile Home Park Act with impunity. The point of the issue is to pass an ordinance to prevent park owners from getting involved in private party mobile home sales, as well as preventing them from forcing the removal of a home unless and until they show just cause to the satisfaction of the City — period.

Yet the article gave undeserved credence to Miller’s slanderous screed, emboldening those fooled by Miller, who have said we should abide by our (misleading and inconsistentlyapplied) contracts, simple as that.

Well, slavery was once legal in this country, but people stood up, and the law was changed. South Carolina flew the treasonous Confederate Battle Flag over its State Capitol, then righteous indignation brought it down. So it is today, where brave citizens are petitioning the Boulder Council to finally do what’s right. And unlike Miller, we thank Lisa Morzel for her leadership.

As long as a home is “safe and sanitary,” the homeowner has a right to re-coop the investment, just as it is for any Boulder homeowner. Liquor license holders are not allowed to run their businesses any way they want — they adhere to City ordinances. So should it be for mobile park owners. The City entrusts them to provide a sense of community in their neighborhoods, and it’s about time they do.

Civil forfeiture aka highway robbery school

The act of state-licensed larceny by the privileged private corporate plunderers known as LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES will be bringing their competence levels to steal property to a whole new level.

“The Desert Snow event will attract scores or hundreds of officers eager to develop or enhance such deplorable skills, each of whom will pay $590 to attend the highway robbers’ in-service course.”

On their web site this statement raised some possible insight into some methods taught: “If you attend a Desert Snow (.com) “hands-on” workshop, be sure to wear old clothes and don’t forget to bring a good flashlight.” … hmmm, since one would not be wearing military gear and traveling in MRAPS (tanks)!

Fountain, Colorado will host the Phase 2015 Conference on Oct 05, 2015 to Oct 07, 2015, and within a June 15, 2015 Lew Rockwell article described this conference as:

“The courses include recognition of “Indicators of Criminal Activity” — or, more honestly, the art of pretending that inconsequential facts, such as the presence of an energy drink in a vehicle, are such “indicators”; “Developing Roadside Conversational Skills” — or, more accurately, how to manipulate intimidated people into submitting to an unconstitutional search; “How and When to Seize Currency” – a course that could be digested into a single phrase, “Whenever you find it”; and “Court Testimony Instruction,” a euphemism for “How to commit perjury with composure.”

Protect and serve is a not a semantic deceptive term since the corporate officers are exposing their mission statement of employment out in the open. Welcome COLORADO STATE CITIZENS to the consecrated ground of the US INC.
