10 questions of law the candidates should face in tonight’s debate

Tonight’s debate, the third and final between President Barack Obama and his challenger, Gov. Mitt Romney, will focus on foreign policy.

It’s an important topic, and one that deserves lots of scrutiny. But so do the candidates’ positions on matters of law, which have not been addressed in the debates.

Obama’s use of drone strikes, particularly in the killing of American citizen Anwar al-Awlaqi, and Romney’s leaning toward the return of “enhanced interrogation techniques,” are among the issues that should be addressed in the final debate.
