Camp Oonie Koonie Cha Presents: Jungle Jive
Join us on an animal safari though songs and science, exploring the African plains, the Amazon and rainforests. Camp OKC is an early childhood music camp that blends a variety of musical experiences with art, instrument construction, science, dramatic play, a xylophone orchestra and a final performance into one amazing week. CU Science Discovery
CU Science Discovery offers a wide variety of K-12 summer camps and high school classes on the CU Boulder and CU Anschutz campuses and at various nature areas in Boulder County. Full and half-day programs offer unique summer experiences that cover a wide range of STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering and math) and cater to a number of interests and experience levels. Full-day programs provide free lunchtime supervision. Instructors include CU faculty and graduate scientists and field experts. Programs run from June 5-Aug. 4.

Denver Rocky Mountain Chess Camps
29th Annual Denver Rocky Mountain Chess Camps held on June 5-9 and July 5-7. Full and half-day options, 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. Participants will be taught scorekeeping, etiquette, tournament preparation, logical-thinking and strategic planning for all phases of the game. Denver Zoo Summer Safari: Zooper Heroes
Provide the perfect adventure for your young animal fanatic! Camps feature animal experiences, zoo expeditions, and hands-on, camper-driven exploration. Camps are for K-8th grade and run weekly.

Growing Gardens — Children’s Peace Garden

Create iPhone apps, video games, movies, and more at week-long, day and overnight programs held at the University of Denver, CSU-Fort Collins, Stanford, Princeton and other universities. Junkyard Social Club: SCIENCE + ART
Campers explore life-size science and art on our adventure playground. Our structures are the foundation and “loose parts” (tarps, clamps, pipes, and rope, etc.) are the tools to execute ideas. WANTED: Children ages 7-12 who love animals! Longmont Humane Society is holding animal care summer mini-camps, with five half-day sessions of three days each to choose from, MTW. June 5-7, June 12-13, June 19-21, June 26-28, or July 10-12. Campers enjoy a PAWS-itive summer break while expanding their knowledge of animal care, welfare, and safety through interactive animal-themed games, activities, and guest presentations.

Space Voyage is a STEM program that celebrates “the arts.” Students ages 6-16 are immersed in “thinking like an Astronaut” as they work hard and then play hard in our programs. Dr. Palmere, the program founder, continues to find new technologies, new resources and new edible lessons to keep the program as fresh and fun today as it was in 1987. Summer Fantasy Writing and Gaming Camp
Druidawn is an interactive, creative writing and RPG site. Our focus is fantasy writing for creative and imaginative students. We also specialize in learning disabilities including dysgraphia, dyslexia, ADHD, and autism. These workshops are open to ages 7.5-17 and are available June 19-July 28.
Sunflower Preschool Summer Camp
The Sunflower Preschool Summer Camp emphasizes the joys of summer with lots of time for: water play, gardening, walks, outdoor projects and child-directed exploration of our multi-dimensional play areas and gardens. During the summer months we study bugs and insects, tropical rainforests, oceans, ocean animals, and the natural environment. In addition to the child directed classroom setting we have a science room designed as a hands on children’s museum for further discovery.
