A memorial service for local historic preservationist Betty Chronic will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 28, at First Presbyterian Church in Boulder.
Chronic died on Jan. 21 from complications of diabetes. She was 84.
Chronic, who was a charter member of Historic Boulder, is credited with helping save several historic structures in Boulder, including the train depot.
She was also active in community volunteer work and local Republican politics.
