City wants medical marijuana feedback

0

The City of Boulder is requesting feedback on the interim medical marijuana land use regulations established in November 2009, which are set to expire on March 31.

The feedback will be used by city officials to develop recommendations for permanent regulations to bring to the Planning Board and City Council in the coming months.

A survey has been set up at www.surveymonkey.com/s/YTNGPB8 to collect the input. The survey asks questions about medical marijuana business location, operation and potential effects to nearby neighborhoods.

Feedback will be collected throughout the month January and will end on Feb. 1.
