Boulder Weekly accepts exclusive guest opinions from the local community on a variety of topics, including responses to previously published columns. Ideally, columns would be 500-750 words, but we will consider longer submissions on a case-by-case basis. Must be well researched, data supported and civil. We will review pitches as well as drafted articles, and will work with you on the editing process if deemed necessary. View our guidelines for opinion writing.
Deadlines are end-of-day Thursday to be considered for the following Thursday publication.

The deadline for print submissions is two weeks before the event takes place. We often have to cut events from the calendar for space reasons, and we cannot guarantee that any event will get listed.
