The weather may be cooling down as autumn descends on Boulder County, but that doesn’t mean the Colorado sun still doesn’t bring some afternoon heat. As such, we weren’t quite ready to order some of Zoe Ma Ma’s classic noodle soup variations on a recent visit to the Boulder restaurant. Instead, we went with the Cool Noodles: fresh chilled organic egg noodles are served with julienne of cucumber, bean sprouts and ginger-sesame dressing. Although Zoe Ma Ma currently has no inside dining, we enjoyed the dish under the fall sunshine at one of the cordoned-off street tables.
