Boulder police are investigating an aggravated robbery, second-degree kidnapping and criminal conspiracy that occurred on March 22 at about 7:20 p.m. at 14th and College streets. Two young men reported that they got into a car with three men who held them at gunpoint and demanded money before letting the victims out of the car.

Investigators from the Boulder Police Department have arrested a suspect in connection with a life-threatening assault that occurred in the early hours of March 6, at the southeast corner of 11th and Walnut streets. The suspect, Eric Anthony Bustillos, 21, turned himself in on March 17, after detectives obtained a warrant for his arrest.

On March 12, Boulder police officers arrested a 33-year-old Boulder man on charges of carrying a concealed weapon — a 25-inch black-and-silver "double knife" — while at a coffee shop in the 1100 block of 13th Street.

Late on March 4, the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, Rocky Mountain Fire Authority and Rocky Mountain Rescue responded to a report that two climbers were stuck on the Red Garden Wall in Eldorado Canyon State Park.

There has been an arrest in the case of a Longmont transient who was found dead in 2006. On Feb. 24, detectives from the Anchorage Alaska Police Department arrested John Michael Angerer on a Boulder County Sheriff's Office warrant for the 2006 murder of Angela Wilds.
