Breaking news from HBO: Aaron Sorkin's The Newsroom has been renewed for a second season and vampire drama True Blood has been picked up for a sixth season.

Once again Aaron Sorkin proves he is the master of the scripted word.  So many words and SO much content and context.  It is a relief to see a program both entertaining and informative.... which it is.  And it's funny too.  I'm so glad that HBO has faith in this show as Sorkin always comes through.  I've seen each program twice & the 2nd time is as riviting as the first. Brilliant.
