Trattoria delivers on Thanksgiving

Trattoria on Pearl is offering a Thanksgiving meal with free delivery on Nov. 23. The meal will include a 12- to 14-pound turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans with balsamic-shallot butter, sweet potato gratin, a loaf of Sara’s bread, gravy, cranberry sauce and pumpkin creme caramel. The turkey is uncooked, but everything else just needs to be heated. Trattoria will also include a cooking timeline to help patrons accurately  time their meal.

The meal costs $120, and patrons must order by noon on Nov. 21. Meals may be reserved by calling Trattoria at 303- 544-0008.

Greenbriar hosts turkey dinner

The Greenbriar Inn is hosting a Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, Nov. 24, from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Inn will serve a traditional turkey dinner, complete with sides and access to the dessert bar.

The cost is $25 per person and $13 for children under 10 years old. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 303-440-7979. For more information, visit www.greenbriarinn.com.

In other Greenbriar news, chef Brian Ferguson will cook at the March of Dimes Chef ’s Auction at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield. Guests will enjoy signature dishes from chefs from within the community, as well as music, a program and a live and silent auction.

Reservations for the event are required, and can be made by calling 303-692-0011 or visiting marchofdimes.com. Individual seats are $150, and tables of 10 are $2,500, which includes marketing benefits.

Amaro hosts wine dinner

Amaro is hosting its second wine dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 29.

The dinner will feature wines from the estate of Marchesi di Gresy, which is located in the Langhe and Monferrato zones of Piemonte. The menu consists of five courses and includes spaghetti squash soup, veal ravioli with roasted tomato, charred sturgeon, rib eye roast and tiramisu.

The cost is $79 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and seating will be limited to 35 people.
