The week will feature 12 different ways to eat an oyster, 12 oysters for $12 and 12 cents donated to the Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA) for every oyster eaten during the week. It will culminate with an oyster-eating contest on March 7. Participants may also enter to win a dozen oysters every month for a year (a $300 value), and the winner of the oyster-eating contest will receive a three-day, two-night stay in Napa Valley, Calif.
